Terms of service

By signing up, logging in, or otherwise using Huddlez ("we," "us," "our"), you ("you," "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of the Huddlez website, app, community feeds, classrooms, events, payment tools, and any related services (collectively the "Service"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Huddlez is owned and operated by Mentor AI LLC, which oversees the infrastructure, data handling, and maintenance of the platform.

Important: Huddlez will not delete accounts or cancel memberships on your behalf. You manage cancellations yourself from your settings, unless you are unable to access your account.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use Huddlez, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You accept all activity under your account.
• Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

Huddlez lets creators run paid communities. Creators set their own price, publish their own posts, courses, and events, and decide who may join. Members pay the creator for access through the platform.

Creators are responsible for the content they publish and for delivering what they promise their members. Huddlez provides the platform and processes the payment; it is not a party to the arrangement between a creator and their members and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any community.

Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations on what they earn, and for complying with the law wherever their members are.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. Creators pay a subscription fee plus a percentage of member payments; the current rates are shown on the pricing page.

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Membership payments are non-refundable, except at our discretion or where a refund is required by law. Because members buy access from a creator rather than from Huddlez, refund requests should go to the creator of that community first.

Failed payments may result in loss of access until the balance is settled. Prices may change with notice before the change takes effect.

Important: Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

You agree not to use Huddlez to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Sell or promote anything you are not legally permitted to sell
• Post content you do not own or have permission to use
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
• Use the service for illegal activities or fraud
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Share your account with unauthorized parties, or resell access to a community you paid to join

Huddlez strives for high uptime but cannot guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect service access.

Huddlez relies on third-party providers for payments, hosting, storage, email, and video playback. These providers do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and outages, rate limits, policy changes, or enforcement actions on their side may affect the Service.

Huddlez is not responsible for failures caused by those providers, including payment processing delays or holds applied by Stripe.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Huddlez, you consent to our data practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Huddlez is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to account suspensions, lost data, lost revenue, or the conduct of any creator or member on the platform.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to Huddlez will cease, and any outstanding obligations remain in effect.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms. If a creator's account is terminated, their members lose access to that community; amounts already collected are handled according to the refund position above.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Huddlez after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
